Here is some advice to kill out viruses and trojans that get inside your customer pc :

– Kill the enemy invader using commands like :

tasklist

taskkill /f /pid 892

(quite always TaskManager is blocked by the virus)

– Restart using “Safe Mode” of Windows (F8 key at windows boot)

– If you can at least install “Microsoft Security Essentials” (in that case at the previous step use “with network”)

– Clean the menu links for “Startup” for the user or under “All Users”

– Clean (knowing what you are doing !!) with Regedit keys like :
